Guy Ramsey - Publisher
Guy Ramsey has been involved in many aspects of the lifting equipment industry, including equipment sales, service, and rental, which included owning his own rental company in Tampa, Fla. More recently, as president of Ramsey Management Services, he has worked as an independent consultant to OEMs and distributors regarding operational and product development issues; represented dozens of successful sellers during the consolidation of the equipment rental distribution in the 1990s; and established himself as an expert witness for product liability and business practice and standards cases. He is also president of R&R Leasing, Inc., a company established to help seed the growth of new independent lift rental companies.
During the 1990s, Guy began publishing The Lift Leader magazine, which became a leading industry source for product information. In conjunction with this, he established the highly regarded Rodeo, an annual event that brings together competing lift equipment products for a group evaluation. In addition, he previously served as the Editor-at-Large and lead columnist for other North American lifting equipment publications and e-newsletters.

Barbara Benton - Associate Publisher
Barbara Benton has worked in trade publishing since 1994, gaining experience in both the creative and business aspects of publishing, including graphic design and circulation management. Familiar with the construction industry, she most recently worked for a national trade publisher serving the construction market among others.
Barbara has first-hand experience working closely with customers to design and implement new and innovative advertising and marketing strategies and the ability to customize solutions to unique advertising needs.
She earned a degree in Business Advertising from Iowa Central Community College in Fort Dodge, Iowa, where she resides with her husband and two children. |

Tracy Bennett - Editorial Director
 Tracy Bennett has been writing about lifting equipment and its applications since 1992. Formerly editor of CraneWorks and Lift Equipment magazines, she has a keen understanding of this market niche. In addition to her editorial expertise, her experience includes program development and execution of lifting equipment rodeos; service in several associations, including the SC&RA; and moderator for various industry panel discussions.
Tracy earned her Bachelor's of Journalism degree at the University of Missouri-Columbia. She resides in Parkville, Mo., with her husband and two children. |

Lucy Perry - Associate Editor, Crane Hot Line
A trade journalism veteran, Lucy Avera Perry has spent more than a decade in transportation and construction publishing and marketing. She served for seven years as Associate Publisher and Managing Editor of Asphalt Contractor Magazine, where she brought cutting-edge information on equipment and technology to the asphalt road construction industry, wrote how-to articles that became hot-mix industry training material, and gave another voice to issues in transportation construction. She also served as Editor and Publisher of Bridge Builder Magazine, and helped develop the Asphalt Construction Expo (ACE). In addition to transportation construction, Lucy also has written articles and edited newsletters in the areas of agricultural construction, real estate, and business marketing.
