CICB Announces Agenda for Management Seminars

September 01, 2010 – This fall, The Crane Inspection & Certification  Bureau (CICB) will hold a management seminar series about understanding crane and rigging practices to prevent accidents and increase productivity.

Titled “Small Cranes…Big Accidents,” the two-day seminars will be held in: Baton Rouge, La., Sept. 27-28; Broussard, La., Sept. 30 to Oct.1; Houston, Texas, Oct. 11-12; and Beaumont, Texas, Oct. 14-15.These seminars, for managers and supervisors only, will include classroom-style learning as well as afternoon hands-on instruction at a crane location. The seminars are co-sponsored by Columbus McKinnon Corp., and Bishop Lifting Products Inc. More information can be found at CICB’s Web site.
