Etesian Technologies Adds Hand-Held Display for its Wireless Wind Sensor

February 28, 2012Etesian Technologies, Amherst, Mass., has released a new hand-held battery operated display for its wireless self-powered wind sensor for cranes. The 8-oz. hand-held display, which operates using one 9V battery, offers a back-lit LCD display and a rugged silicone boot with belt loop.

In addition, the 900 MHz wireless wind sensor now features a streamlined and more rugged three-piece housing design. It offers an internal generator and up to 1,500 feet line of sight operation, as well as optional integrated wind direction and integrated temperature functions.
