Alps Wire Rope Moves Ohio Warehouse to Pennsylvania

April 16, 2014 - Alps Wire Rope Corp. reports it has moved its Columbus, Ohio, to Harrisburg, Pa. The Columbus warehouse had been open for more than 21 years. Rocky Chapman, manager of the warehouse, has moved to Harrisburg and was part of the team that opened the new facility. Other long-term employees who moved to the Harrisburg facility are Travis Zelvik and Eric Strawser.


According to Alps, this was the final step in the company's realignment. Alps warehouses are now strategically positioned around the United States to provide faster delivery of its wire rope.
