Dropped Load Surprise, Ariz.

June 2016 - Two construction workers were injured when two cranes, lifting a 150-ft. girder in tandem, dropped the load, which landed on equipment at a road construction site. One worker, critically injured when he fell 40 ft., was taken to a local hospital via helicopter. The other worker suffered minor injuries. Dozens of girders were being placed for elevated roadway when the accident happened; Arizona Department of Transportation is investigating.  - www.washingtontimes.com
