Struck by Crane Ross, N.D.

June 2016 – An oil field worker was killed when the boom of a crane struck him. The man, part of a five-member crew using the crane to take pipe out of the ground and replace a tool about 650 ft. below ground, was struck in the upper torso by the crane’s boom as it was being lowered.
