Tadano Mantis to Unveil Two New Cranes at ConExpo

March 3, 2017 Tadano Mantis will unveil two new telescopic-boom crawler cranes at the ConExpo-Con/Agg. The GTC-600 (66-US-ton capacity) and GTC-800 (88-US-ton capacity) telescopic boom crawler cranes will be shown in the Tadano booth, Gold Lot, booth G4137.

 

The new GTC series cranes feature purpose-designed full-power telescopic booms manufactured by Tadano, Japan, a Tadano bi-fold jib and optional heavy-lift jib, Opti-Width track positioning that allows optimum lifting performance at any track width, auto-switching load charts for operation up to 4° out of level,and an optional auger package with second boom stage mounting of the auger that provides variable radius drilling throughout 360°. (The GTC-600 will be shown with a 20,000-lb.-ft. torque auger drive.)

 

The GTC-800 telecrawler features a 141-ft. five-stage telescopic boom and a 33’1” / 58’ 1” bi-fold jib. It is powered by a Cummins QSB6.7 Tier4f Engine rated at 310 hp.


The GTC-600 telecrawler features a 118.1-ft. Tadano Japan purpose designed four-stage telescopic boom and a 33’1” / 58’ 1” bi-fold jib. It is also powered by a Cummins QSB6.7 Tier4f Engine rated at 310 hp.
