WireCo Names CEO, Chairman of the Board

April 10, 2017 – WireCo WorldGroup announces that interim chairman and CEO James O' Leary has has assumed the role of executive chairman and CEO. O’Leary will continue to serve as a member of the WireCo board of directors as its chairman, and his appointment concludes the board’s search for a permanent leader.

O’Leary previously served as chairman and CEO of Kaydon Corp. Prior to Kaydon, he held leadership positions at Beazer Homes USA Inc., U.S. Industries, and Hanson PLC. He has an MBA from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania.
