Mammoet Opens Branch in Northwest Alberta

April 12, 2017 - Mammoet Canada announces it has opened a branch in Grande Prairie in northwest Alberta. The expansion is part of Mammoet's strategy of having a local presence in regions with a strong industrial base. The company has more than 90 offices and branches worldwide.

The Grande Prairie operation will provide engineered heavy lift and transport support to ongoing business and proposed projects predominantly within the oil and gas sector. Trevor Liviniuk, branch operations manager, said that Grande Prairie is a rapidly growing business environment with projects in oil and gas facilities and oilfield well servicing. He added it has a strong community of skilled professionals.

The branch is situated well geographically to not only support the Peace Region’s businesses but to add supplemental support to Mammoet's operations in Fort St John, BC.
