April 12, 2017 - The Los Angeles Football Club (LAFC) is greater Los Angeles' newest MLS soccer club. Its 22,000-seat, soccer-specific Banc of California stadium is currently under construction and is expected to be open for the 2018 soccer season. It is the first open-air stadium built in Los Angeles since Dodger Stadium was constructed in 1962.
