Palfinger Supervisory Board Concludes Search For New CEO

April 18, 2018 - The Supervisory Board of PALFINGER AG has concluded its search for a new CEO. Andreas Klauser (53), an accomplished top manager with international experience, who is currently the Global Brand President of Case IH and STEYR as well as member of the Group Executive Council of CNH Industrial, has been chosen to fill the position. Subject to the finalization of the relevant contracts, Andreas Klauser will assume the office of

Prior to his current position, Andreas Klauser was part of Sergio Marchionne’s team at CNH Industrial, serving as member of the Group Executive Council, and Brand President of Case IH and STEYR worldwide. He successfully managed and restructured large business units in Europe and the USA and maintained their profitability in a competitive market. As the COO of CNH Industrial for the EMEA region, he was responsible for the integration of 12 brands and nine units (among them Iveco, New Holland, Case IH and STEYR) in Turin. In these positions he was responsible for up to EUR 25 billion in revenue and approx. 60,000 employees up to 2015. Most recently, he was President of Case IH and STEYR worldwide and was based in the USA (Racine/WI). Mr. Klauser started his career in 1990 working for STEYR Landmaschinentechnik in St. Valentin/Upper Austria.
