Rossco Buys Two Tadano ATF 220G-5’s

May 9, 2018 - Rossco Crane & Rigging, Minot, N.D., has bought two new Tadano ATF 220G-5 all-terrain cranes from RTL Equipment.  

These are the second and third Tadano cranes Rossco has purchased. The company already owns a 2009 Tadano ATF 220G-5. Rossco’s experience with that first Tadano all-terrain crane led them to buy two more.

“The 2009 ATF 220G-5 has been a great machine. It often runs 24 hours a day and has played a huge part in building Rossco as a new crane company,” says Ross Kovach, Rossco Crane & Rigging. “Another deciding factor was how well the machine charts.” 

About 95% of the work done by Rossco’s ATF 220G-5 involves the oil and gas industry. The four main areas are construction, drilling, completion (coil tubing and wire line), and production (midstream assets and new infrastructure).
