Maintainer Unveils 30’ Service Crane

September 19, 2018 - Maintainer Corporation of Iowa Inc., Sheldon, Iowa, has added a new 30’ telescopic-boom hydraulic crane to its line of work-truck cranes.

The new H10030 can lift up to 10,000 lbs. and has a 60,000-ft.-lb. maximum moment.

“We continue to expand options in response to the varying needs of our customers,” said Tom Wibben, Maintainer’s director of sales and service. “The H10030 gives longer reach to those who need more than our 25’ offerings, but is not as much crane as the 34’ H10034.”

The H10030’s features include:

● Boom-mounted planetary winch

● Low-profile boom (no need for flip sheave)

● Tall and short tower configurations

● Advanced Crane Control, standard

● Boom angles from -13° to +78°

● Compliance with OSHA 1910.180/ANSI B30.5

● Low-profile anti-two-block

● Closed-center load-sensing hydraulic system (open-center optional)

● 615° swing

● Wireless remote control with independently proportional functions

The hexagonal boom sections self-align, have an improved strength-to-weight ratio, and feature easily-serviced wear pads. Nitrided cylinder rods are better at resisting wear, impact, and corrosion. They also improve seal life.

The hydraulic hoses are protected from harsh working environments. Even the crane and outrigger valves are protected under the truck body.
