Tadano Mantis Promotes Jamie Land to General Manager of Sales and Customer Support

March 10, 2019 - Tadano Mantis Corporation, Franklin, Tennessee, has promoted James (Jamie) Land to general manager of sales and customer support. Before his promotion, which was effective February 22, Land had been the company’s export sales manager.

Land’s career in heavy equipment began when he was a teen who maintained and repaired equipment for a local construction company. He continued that job through high school and college. His subsequent experience included working for an equipment dealer, running his own field-service company, and being a manager for one of the country’s largest equipment-rental companies.

He holds a degree in engineering technology from Middle Tennessee State University.

Land joined Tadano Mantis in 2012 as a customer support engineer, and was later promoted to customer support manager, and then export manager.

In his new position, Land will also be a key part of Tadano Mantis’ sales planning and support.

“During my career at Tadano Mantis, I’ve built strong relationships with the support staffs at our dealers and customers. Now in this broader role, I’m excited about also building strong relationships with the dealer sales staffs,” Land said.
