Lifting Equipment Store Names Export Manager

 

 

Feb. 8, 2020 - The Lifting Equipment Store, a material-handling-equipment supplier, has named Charmaine Jennings into the newly created position of export manager.

Jennings reports to George Dunn, general manager of the company, which is headquartered in Stourbridge, West Midlands, England.

The role will see Jennings managing the business’s range of international distributors, developing accounts, and negotiating contracts.

Jennings has 20 years of sales experience, with much of her career focused on material-handling equipment. Most recently, she was national sales manager at lifting-equipment supplier Arbil Ltd. She has also had roles at GAP Hire Solutions, Hendrik Veder Group, and William Hackett Lifting Products.

After a successful 2020, Lifting Equipment Store is preparing for further international growth in 2021, with a particular focus on Africa and Australasia. Last September, the company expanded into the U.S. by opening Lifting Equipment Store USA in Houston, Texas.

This appointment sees the Lifting Equipment Store team expand its staff to six members.
