Link-Belt’s Campbell to Retire; Company Reorganizes Product Support Management
Feb. 24, 2021 –Paul Campbell, manager of service parts and logistics for Link-Belt Cranes, will retire on April 30 after 31 years of service to the company. He has led the Service Parts and Logistics group since 2012 and is also Link-Belt’s export compliance officer.

“Paul’s service, leadership, and vast knowledge of our business have been much appreciated by our entire Link-Belt family,” said Bill Stramer, senior vice president of marketing, sales, and customer support. “His dedication and commitment to the company and our products are undeniable.”
With Campbell retiring, Link-Belt has reorganized its management team to be ready for future challenges. Campbell will help with the transition before he retires.
The reorganization has created two positions. One is manager of service parts. The other is manager of transportation and logistics.

| Krumm |
Troy Krumm has been promoted to the manager, service parts position, effective Feb. 15. He most recently was manager of field service, and previously had been manager of technical support. His 38 years of experience with Link-Belt also includes supervisory roles in service parts and being a district service representative.

| Snapp |
Frank Snapp has transferred from manager of technical product support to replace Krumm as manager of field service and warranty. Snapp began his Link-Belt career in 1988 in the assembly department and has experience in manufacturing, prototype, and product support.

| Parmley |
Derek Parmley has been promoted from senior product support specialist to manager of technical product support. Parmley joined Link-Belt in 1997 and has spent the last 15 years supporting both hydraulic and lattice-boom products.
“The extensive experience and depth of knowledge with product service and technical support of this team will ensure that Link-Belt Cranes maintains its standing as a leader in customer service and satisfaction,” said Stramer.
