Link-Belt Names Ureña as District Service Rep for Southeastern U.S.

April 19, 2021 – Link-Belt has named Raul Ureña as district service representative for the southeastern United States, including Alabama, Arkansas, Florida, Georgia, Mississippi, and Tennessee.

In that capacity, Ureña will serve both as a factory-expert resource for the region’s Link-Belt dealers and as a hands-on service person. He is based near Miami.

Ureña’s appointment was announced by Frank Snapp, Link-Belt’s manager of field service and warranty.

Ureña has been with Link-Belt Cranes for eight years, serving as the district service representative for Latin America.

Before joining Link-Belt, Ureña had extensive training and experience with telescopic and lattice boom cranes in South Florida.

“Raul brought a high level of customer service to customers and distributors throughout Latin America,” said Snapp. “I know he will bring that same level of customer service to our network of dealers across the Southeast.”
