New 19-Axle Heavy Hauler Sets Up Fast, Offers 20,000-Lb. Per-Axle Loadings

The HighwayMAX dolly and booster is the fastest in the 19-axle class.

The HighwayMAX dolly and booster is an extendable super-heavy haul trailer composed of nine hydraulically steered pendle axles, a 3-axle jeep dolly, and a 3-axle nitro booster.

This “King of the Highway” saves time and money with quick and easy assembly and disassembly.

Including the truck, this unit creates a 19-axle combination and achieves a legal payload capacity of about 240,000 lbs. at 20,000 lbs. per axle.

Besides fast mobilization, customers benefit from flexible use, thanks to the detachable jeep dolly and booster, which can both be loaded on the trailer for empty runs.

No expensive and time-consuming permits are required. The truck-and-trailer combination length is less than 110’, and the loading platform can be extended up to 82’. The spacing between axle tridems can be adjusted to 14’, 16’, 18’, or 20’.

King of the Highway

Pendle-axle technology with 23.6” of stroke delivers excellent maneuverability. The king-pin steering system has a maximum angle of 60°. And low driving height and easy back up features make routing and maneuvering easier.

This strong vehicle complies with DOT requirements, and its fully galvanized frame offers the best corrosion protection.
