Donaldson's New E-Commerce Site Simplifies Searching, Ordering

Filter manufacturer Donaldson Company has a new e-commerce website that lets customers find and buy filters and parts more quickly and easily. 

September 5, 2018 - Donaldson used input from 30 international customers to build and refine Shop.Donaldson.com so the site would meet today’s digital demands and business expectations, the company says. 

Shop.Donaldson.com offers customers convenient features: 

FIND: Robust search options, including images, live chat, and videos let users find filters and parts easily and quickly. Visitors can also find their local authorized Donaldson distributors or sales offices. 

ORDER: Donaldson customers can order many filters and parts by phone, computer, or other mobile device. 

MANAGE: Customers with account access can view invoices, orders, and shipments in real time.
