Select Crane Sales Delivers 250-Ton All-Terrain Crane to Ramar Steel Erection

Tadano ATF 220-G

September 12, 2018 - Select Crane Sales, Ft. Pierce, Florida, recently delivered a Tadano ATF 220G-5 all-terrain crane to Ramar Steel Erectors Inc., Rochester, New York. 

The 250-ton capacity, five-axle all-terrain crane has a maximum boom length of 223.1’ and a maximum jib length of 118.1’. Maximum lifting height is 352.8’.  

The ATF 220G-5 comes standard with safety features that benefit the steel industry, such as Lift Adjuster, which offers more control over potential movement of a load. “Safety and versatility were top priorities when determining the crane best suited for the needs of Ramar Steel,” said Jason MacKenzie of Select Crane Sales. “The Tadano ATF 220G-5 provides everything they were looking for.”  

In making the delivery, the team from Select Crane Sales worked with key team members of Ramar Steel Erection, including owners Tony, Jason, and Adam Randall, and 30-year crane operator Jack Lingle.
