October 2016 - A man struck by a falling crane hook died at a hotel construction site. The 43-year-old crane operator suffered severe trauma to the head and body, local police reported. A crew was drilling piles at the site when a cable on the foundation crane snapped and the hook struck the man as he was exiting the cab.
