A1A Software Announces Leadership Transition in Marketing Team

May 20, 2026 - A1A Software has announced the retirement of Bruce Kabalen, vice president of sales and marketing, along with the promotion of Brittany Bray to marketing manager.

Kabalen joined A1A Software in 2023 following a 25-year career with Link-Belt Cranes. During his time with the company, he supported sales and marketing efforts for products including 3D Lift Plan, iCraneTrax and related software solutions used in the crane and heavy construction industries.

“Bruce brought valuable crane industry experience and product knowledge to A1A Software,” said Tawnia Weiss, president of A1A Software. “We appreciate his contributions and wish him the best in retirement.”

Bray previously served as sales and marketing coordinator, where she supported training, marketing materials, trade show participation, customer service calls and customer accounts. In her new role as marketing manager, she will oversee public relations, social media, website updates and design, trade show coordination and marketing communications for A1A Software.

The company said Bray will also lead marketing efforts for 3D Lift Plan, iCraneTrax and iFleetTrax, while continuing to support customer service initiatives.

Based in Fernandina Beach, Florida, A1A Software develops software and interfaces for the heavy construction industry, including lift planning and fleet management tools designed for crane and construction equipment operations.
