“ICUEE 2009 is a must-attend event if you want to keep up-to-date on the products and industry trends that will position your business through the market downturn into the recovery,†stated ICUEE Show Director Melissa Magestro.
ICUEE is geared to the utility/construction industry, with a primary focus on the electric, phone/cable, sewer/water, gas, general construction, landscaping and public works sectors. Hands-on equipment demonstrations of underground, at ground and aerial equipment include a “ride and drive†program for on-road commercial trucks. An extensive ICUEE education program complements the exhibits.
ICUEE 2009 attendees can take advantage of the co-located H2O-XPO exhibition, an inaugural event from the National Rural Water Association (NRWA), targeting water and wastewater utility equipment and products. NRWA will hold its annual conference in conjunction with ICUEE and H2O-XPO 2009.
Also new for ICUEE in 2009 is the iP Safety Conference and related Safety Zone exhibit pavilion. The conference is aimed at safety, training and operations professionals in the utility and communications sector, with seminar tracks in safety management, worksite safety, transitional workforce, and equipment safety.
Another new-co-location at ICUEE in 2009 is a conference and exhibit pavilion focused on components for the industrial vehicle and mobile equipment markets. Industrial Utility Vehicle and Mobile Equipment (IUV) will co-locate its 2009 Technology Conference during ICUEE, with sessions geared toward product design, engineering, technical and management professionals. An IUV Industrial Components/Technology exhibit pavilion will feature industrial attachments, accessories, components and special purpose vehicles.
