AEM Names 2012 Officers
November 4, 2011–The Association of Equipment Manufacturers (AEM), Milwaukee, has named its newly-elected 2012 officers. Led by the officers, AEM’s board of directors sets the association’s guidelines and operating policies on behalf of members in areas including public policy, equipment statistics and market information, trade shows, technical and product safety support, global business development, education/training, workforce development, and worksite safety/educational materials.
The 2012 AEM officers are:
- Chair: Russell Fowler, president & CEO of Krone NA Inc., Memphis, Tenn.
- Vice chair: Stuart Levenick, group president of Caterpillar Inc., Peoria, Ill.
- Treasurer: Brian Kober, vice president corporate planning & strategy of Komatsu America Corp., Rolling Meadows, Ill.
- Secretary: Dennis Slater, AEM’s full-time president.
- AG sector board chair: Robert Kolb, vice president global business development of GEA Farm Tech. Inc., Naperville, Ill.
- CE sector board chair: Richard Patek, president Telsmith & vice president Astec Aggregate & Mining Group of Astec Industries Inc., Mequon, Wis.
