Airtrax Signs Multiple Distribution Agreements

March 8, 2007 • Airtrax, Inc., Blackwood, N.J., today announced the company has entered into multiple agreements to expand the distribution network for Airtrax's omni-directional vehicles.

Airtrax has retained Breen Consulting Group of Washington, D.C., to develop a government contracts program to enable U.S. governmental agencies to purchase Airtrax SIDEWINDER™ omni-directional products through the U.S. General Services Administration (GSA). Airtrax has also entered into a manufacturer's representative agreement with Breen to provide follow-up on sales and marketing support with the government if and when a contract is awarded.

The company entered into a manufacturer's representative agreement with Universal Equipment, Inc., Glen Ellyn, Ill., to represent Airtrax products in the commercial side of the market.

"The United States government is the largest facilities manager in the United States," said Joseph Breen, president of Breen & Associates. "We believe that Airtrax's patented technology and unique, highly sophisticated equipment has multiple applications suitable for the demanding needs of our government."

Robert Watson, president and chief executive officer of Airtrax, said: "We believe that these new marketing and distribution agreements signify Airtrax's growing points of presence in the North American material-handling industry. It is our goal to continue to grow our list of representatives and distributors nationally and internationally. In addition to our flagship SIDEWINDER™, we still anticipate the availability of Airtrax's new product, the KING COBRA™ aerial work platform, for sales and distribution in the second half of 2007. We also expect to announce similar distribution and representative agreements throughout the year, which I believe will bolster future sales."
