August 18, 2006 • ALL Erection & Crane Rental Corp. Cleveland, Ohio has added two new Model 7755 22-ton Carrydeck® industrial cranes to its fleet. The new cranes, recently introduced by Shuttlelift, Inc., enhance ALL's inventory of Carrydeck cranes, which included ten with a 20-ton capacity.

The new Model 7755 offers the advantages of greater capacity, compact profile, excellent maneuverability, and extended reach. At only 9'10" tall and 8' wide, the 22-ton crane is approximately 24' long with the telescoping boom fully retracted, with a reach of 67' for the main boom and up to 80' with the optional jib. The carrydeck offers 60 square feet of load space.

The 22-ton industrial crane is a versatile, productive alternative to a rough terrain crane for jobs requiring compact size, mobility, and the ability to carry a load on a deck; for example, in warehousing and other indoor applications.

Currently, one of ALL's new 22-ton industrial cranes is on site at the McCormick Place West expansion project in Chicago. Central Contractors Service, Inc. in Chicago, a member of the ALL family of companies, provided the crane for the project. It is being used to erect precast concrete from inside the building along with three other types of cranes from ALL. John Martello, general manager of Central, says, “I am especially pleased with the crane's ability to get into tight areas due to its 4-wheel steering. We are proud to be able to offer this versatile new crane for this important project in Chicago.”
