February 4, 2015 - The ALL Family of Companies has added 40 new Link-Belt cranes to its national fleet. The package deal includes 20 lattice-boom crawlers from 110 to 200 tons; six TCC-1100 telescopic crawlers at 110 tons capacity; nine truck cranes, including six 75-ton HTC-8675 and three 100-ton HTC-86100 models; four 210-ton ATC-3210 all-terrain cranes; and one 150-ton RTC-80150 rough-terrain crane.

"This package consists of a few replacement cranes, since sales for used equipment have been strong, as well as many units that are new to the fleet. The deal is part of our commitment to planned fleet expansion,” said Michael Liptak, president of the ALL Family of Companies. “But I want to emphasize that Link-Belt is a staple in our national rental fleet and growing with them, specifically considering that we are a Link-Belt dealer in Wisconsin, was important.”

This large first-quarter purchase, that includes crawlers, speaks to the surging demand in certain core markets, particularly road and bridge work and power generation. Liptak added that the Link-Belt lattice crawlers in the package hit the sweet spots in capacity right now, with eight 110-ton 218 HSL models, six 150-ton capacity 238 HSLs, and six 200-ton capacity 248 HSL models.

In fact, crane rental demand is increasing in all sectors as the economy continues to improve, Liptak said. The new cranes will be delivered and distributed among the ALL Family of Companies’ branches starting immediately and continuing through 2015.
