AmQuip Signs $20 Million Deal for Liebherr Crawlers
April 24, 2007 • Today at Bauma, Munich, Germany, Joseph Wesley, president and CEO of AmQuip Crane Corp., and Willi Liebherr owner and managing director of The Liebherr Group, signed a deal worth more than $20 million for four Liebherr LR 1400 and two LR 1600 crawler cranes. Two of the LR 1400s will be delivered in 2007, and the other two will arrive in 2008. Both the LR 1600 crawlers cranes will be delivered to AmQuip in 2008.

Liebherr also took the opportunity to celebrate Wesley's 70th birthday. The company presented him with a highly detailed scale model of the LR 1600.
