June 11, 2014 - Aspen Equipment Co., Bloomington, Minn., has promoted Doug Sebastian to vice president of sales and marketing. He previously served as the branch manager for Aspen’s Des Moines, Iowa. Sebastian’s experience also includes 10 years of sales management and dealer operations management in the construction industry.
