BID2WIN Software Names VP Client Services

June 26, 2008 • BID2WIN Software, Portsmouth, N.H., has announced the promotion of Jeff Pankratz to vice president of client services. Pankratz will be responsible for overseeing the client services department, which consists of implementation, training, technical support, customer relations, consulting services and technical writing.

Throughout his career at Bid2Win Software, Pankratz has had the opportunity to perform the job of each and every position that he will now be overseeing, from support representative, to trainer, to implementer, to implementation specialist, to technical writer. Most recently, he was in the client services department in his role as customer service manager.
