Bigge Orders 12 Terex Rough-Terrain Cranes

April 18, 2016 - Terex authorized distributor Bigge Crane & Rigging has signed an order for 12 Model RT 90 rough-terrain cranes. As part of the product development process, Bigge provided input and feedback on design concepts for the model. The rough-terrains will be added to the company’s rental fleet.

 

In addition to Bigge’s 100-year anniversary, this year also marks the company’s purchase of more than 500 Terex cranes to date. The RT 90 features an enhanced control system with integrated diagnostics, a redesigned cab with an 18° tilt and an easy-access flat deck for improved visibility. The five-section, full-hydraulic boom stretches 154 ft. for long reach applications, and the unit’s multi-stage outriggers offer a variety of positions. Transporting and operating costs are reduced due to the RT 90’s narrow width of 9.8 ft. and its central lubrication system.
