Bil-Jax Names Director of Engineering

Shahid Qureshi

October 1, 2007 • Bil-Jax, Inc., Archbold, Ohio, has selected Shahid Qureshi as the company's new director of engineering. In this role, Qureshi has assumed responsibility for all engineering functions.

Previously, Qureshi held senior positions at Grove Worldwide, Mayville Engineering, and Iowa Mold Tooling. He brings more than 30 years of experience in engineering, management, and new product development.

 

“The addition of Shahid to our team will provide the necessary leadership and oversight to our growing list of engineering projects supporting the growth and ongoing success of Bil-Jax,” says CEO Jeff Ott.

 

Qureshi takes on the responsibility previously held by Dave Brinegar, who has been promoted to director of operations. In his new role, Brinegar will work closely with plant management and the heads of all departments to reduce production costs, improve efficiency, and increase productivity.
