Böcker Maschinenwerke GmbH has announced the launch of LiftPlanner, a new software solution designed to streamline crane planning and visualization for Böcker truck and trailer cranes.
Interface and Visualization:
LiftPlanner offers a user-friendly interface, allowing crane operators to easily configure various crane setups and lifting processes with just a few clicks. The software generates clear 2D visualizations of crane operations and expected floor loads based on project parameters.
Configuration and Analysis:
LiftPlanner provides extensive configuration options, enabling users to define outrigger positions, mast extension and rotation, jib angle and extension, load weight, and even surrounding obstacles for detailed planning. The software performs dynamic analysis, visualizing the permissible working range and providing color-coded warnings for impossible configurations. Additionally, LiftPlanner calculates project-specific ground pressure for each outrigger based on the application situation.
Integration and Efficiency Gains:
Integrated within the BöckerConnect customer portal, LiftPlanner offers direct online access from any internet-connected PC, eliminating the need for additional hardware. This integration facilitates detailed job planning from the office and streamlines the overall workflow.
The application simulation results can be saved in LiftPlanner for each specific project and exported as a PDF. This document includes all planned parameters and can be used for authorization or tender submissions.
