BOSS Crane & Rigging Adds Leadership in Texas and Southeast
BOSS Crane & Rigging strengthens operations with new regional managers and fleet expansion in Texas and the Southeastern U.S.
Bennett On-Site Services, LLC, also known in the industry as BOSS Crane & Rigging, has announced new additions to its management team as the company continues to expand operations across the United States. The company has also added new cranes to its fleet to support increasing project demands.
Joel Thames joins BOSS as regional manager for Texas, bringing 32 years of experience in crane and rigging operations. Based in the Dayton, Texas office, Thames will focus on expanding crane rental and heavy-lift services throughout the state, particularly in the oil and gas, chemical, industrial and commercial sectors.
“In Texas, projects don’t wait, and neither do we,” Thames said. “With one call, we mobilize the right crane, crew and plan to get the job done safely and on time.”
Kevin Hamilton (pictured above) has been appointed regional manager for the Southeastern United States. With more than 30 years of experience in the crane and rigging industry, Hamilton is based in Florida and will oversee crane rental and heavy-lift services across the region. His role emphasizes BOSS’s factory-to-foundation turnkey model, coordinating equipment supply, transport and on-site installation under a single contract.
“Our factory-to-foundation model eliminates complexity for clients,” Hamilton said. “We supply the equipment at the factory, coordinate secure transport, unload with our cranes and install using our expert riggers, all under one contract. It’s a true single-source solution.”
BOSS operates a modern fleet of cranes ranging from eight to 900 tons, supported by certified rigging teams and heavy-haul logistics. The company has recently added two Grove TMS 9000e cranes to its fleet, enhancing its capacity to handle larger projects and support new markets.
With strategic management appointments and fleet expansion, BOSS Crane & Rigging aims to strengthen its position as a key provider of crane rental, heavy-lift and logistics services in Texas and the Southeastern United States.
