Caldwell’s New Hires Target Even Better Customer Experience

April 19, 2021 - The Caldwell Group Inc., Rockford, Illinois, has hired Jeff Ferchen as director of business development and Lisa Sympson as marketing manager.

The appointments are part of the company’s effort to enhance overall customer experience.

Ferchen also oversees inside sales and engineering. Sympson aims to strengthen the company’s support of distributor customers and share the story of Caldwell’s lifting solutions.

Ferchen brings 24 years of industry experience, including roles at The Crosby Group and Rockford Rigging, while Sympson returns to the material-handling industry, having spent 23 years at Grainger Inc.

Darrin Noe, director of sales at Caldwell, said: “These appointments show our commitment to continuing to build a quality inside roster to enhance the overall customer experience.”
