Career in Cranes Gives Etchart Foundation to Lead MCG

“Glen has been a tremendous leader over the past five years, driving us to the front our industry,” said Etchart. “We have a great team of managers in place and I don't intend to make any major changes,” he continued.
Etchart, who has been with MCG since its acquisition of Potain in 2001, boasts a crane education that dates back to the early 1980s when he worked with both PPM and P&H mobile cranes, including experience with selling those products in the U.S. market. Among Etchart's goals for the company is a continued focus on global markets. Likewise, he said the company will continue to look for opportunities to expand its product line with complimentary products either through acquisitions or alliances with other companies.
