Certified Crane Adds Liebherr All-Terrain to its Fleet

July 19, 2016 - Certified Crane and Rigging Services, Baytown, Texas, recently took delivery and commissioned a Liebherr LTM 1350-6.1 all-terrain crane. With a capacity of 400 tons, the LTM 1350-6.1 becomes the fourth Liebherr all-terrain crane in Certified Crane’s fleet, and is also their largest capacity crane.

 

Key factors in choosing the LTM 1350-6.1 were its strong load charts and versatility, according to the company. “We purchased the Liebherr LTM 1350-6.1 because it fit a spot in our new crane fleet that will allow us to maximize its 400-ton capacity, but also to be able to work the crane down in size, said Joe Lind, Certified Crane’s general manager. “All the manufacturers make great cranes, but we felt with the added technology in today’s cranes that we had to have direct support from the manufacturer.”
