Coastline Equipment Crane Division Names New Hires
July 29, 2015 - Coastline Equipment Crane Division announces that Neil Goodale has been named the new division manager, and Butch Ortiz has joined the crane sales and rental team.
Goodale joined Coastline in June and brought with him 30 years of crane knowledge and experience. In 1985, he started working for the family business, Goodale Crane & Equipment Co., in sales and operations. Anthony Crane Rental purchased Goodale Crane & Equipment Co. in 1992 and Neil Joined Anthony Crane, helping the company grow its crane dealership and bare rental crane company into a full-service operated and maintained crane company that specialized in industrial applications. Goodale moved on in 1998 to work for AmQuip Crane in Bethlehem, Pa., where he remained until 2002. Then in 2002, Goodale accepted a management position at Maxim Crane Works, where he worked for more than 12 years.
As the division manager at Coastline Equipment Crane Division, Goodale is responsible for overseeing all operations for both the northern and southern California operations.
Butch Ortiz joined the Coastline Equipment Crane Division team in spring 2015, after working for Bragg Crane for more than 23 years in sales and technical services.
Prior to working at Bragg Crane, Butch spent 16 years working for Warner Corp. (DBA Foster Sand & Gravel). He now brings his years of extensive experience and relationships to Coastline, where he is serving all of Southern California in crane sales and rentals.
