March 19, 2014 - Crane Service Inc. has purchased three new all-terrain cranes for its southwest and Texas rental fleets. Models include a new 210-ton Link-Belt ATC-3210, which debuted at ConExpo, a 275-ton Link-Belt ATC-3275, and a 450-ton Grove GMK6400.
The ATC-3275 is Crane Service Inc.’s fifth purchase of this model, and with the addition of the ATC-3210, it is the company’s seventh Link-Belt crane. According to Crane Service, the new Link-Belt ATC-3210 is fitted with many features that will help its crew stay safe. “One such feature is the addition of cameras to the crane that are accessible to the driver,” a company statement read. “He can now see behind him and to the right of him when he is driving and working, helping him travel and work safer.” The ATC-3210 will be delivered to Crane Service for work in the Southwest.

Crane Service’s new Grove GMK6400, which was purchased from H&E Equipment Services, will be designated for work at its west Texas branches when it arrives this spring. “We purchased the GMK6400 with the Mega-wing package,” a company statement read. “The Mega-wing package not only adds capacity to the crane, but is logistically easier and safer to install. This will help us and ultimately our customers who will require heavy lifts, far away lifts, and specialty rigging projects.”
