Doc Bailey Construction Equipment (DBCE), Oakland,
Calif., announced that they will represent Fassi Cranes and has hired a new
operations manager for their Hawaii location.

support the product with sales and service,†said Doc Bailey, CEO. “In working
with Fassi our goal is to penetrate the railroad industry. Fassi not only has a

three major manufacturers of knuckleboom cranes. Also with the development of
the Honolulu light rail, we will begin to supply the islands with rail
gear-equipped knuckleboom trucks.â€
DBCE in Honolulu,
Hawaii, has named Tammy Woods operations manager. Wood brings 25 years of

managerial capabilities and has that Aloha spirit,†Bailey said of Woods. “We
