Delta Rigging & Tools Names New President and COO

December 8, 2011–Delta Rigging & Tools, Inc., Pearland, Texas, has appointed Mitch Hausman as president and COO. Hausman, who brings more than 30 years of experience in the wire rope and rigging industry to the position, will be based in the company’s Pearland headquarters.

Hausman began his career in 1979 with WireCo World Group in St. Joseph, Mo. Since then, he has held several executive positions, including president and CEO of Southwest Wire Rope, which was acquired by Houston Wire & Cable Co. in 2010.

James Kowalik will assume the new position of senior vice president, lifting operations, and will be responsible for the rental, sales and service aspects of the company’s hoist and lifting equipment business.
