Entrec Corp. Buys Rain Coast Cranes & Equipment

November 1, 2012—Last month, ENTREC Corp. completed the acquisition of Rain Coast Cranes & Equipment of British Columbia. Rain Coast has changed its name to Entrec Cranes & Heavy Haul (Western) Ltd. According to Entrec, this acquisition represents a significant expansion opportunity for Rain Caost and will provide Rain Coast with access to Entrec’s crane and heavy haul fleet to help meet customer demand.

 

Entrec Western will continue to be a local company, serving customers in Kitimat, Terrace, and Prince George regions, as well as the general geographic area of British Columbia west of the Rockies. Entrec will provide support for Entrec Western to further enhance service offerings for its customer base.
