Essex Promotes Three Employees

February 19, 2013—Essex Rental Corp. recently promoted Michael Morton, director of operations – support; Christopher Dirr, director of accounting; and John Johnson, director of human resources.

 

Morton has been with the Essex Crane team for more than 10 years. Before Essex Crane, he led a large equipment rental and distribution company as the general manager. Morton graduated from Northern Illinois University with a bachelor’s of science degree in finance.

 

Christopher Dirr, director of accounting, has been with Essex Crane for six years.  Before Essex Crane, Dirr was a controller with an international publicly traded manufacturer and distributor.  He graduated from University of Illinois with a bachelor’s of science degree in accounting.

 

John Johnson, director of human resources, has been with Essex Crane for seven years. Before Essex Crane, Johnson was a human resources and risk manager for two larger street and road contractors in the Chicago area.  John has a BBA in industrial relations / human resources from the University of Iowa and a MBA from the Keller Graduate School of Management.
