Finalists Named in Sims Crane Rodeo

February 7, 2011—Sims Crane & Equipment Co., Tampa, Fla., has named eight crane operators as qualifiers in the company’s 9th Crane Safety Rodeo. These finalists will compete Feb. 12, 2011 at the company’s Tampa headquarters, and crane enthusiasts are invited to attend. The competition starts at 10 a.m.

 

The top three finishers will share a $1,000 prize donated by International Union of Operating Engineers Local 925. The No. 1 winner will be awarded a trip to Las Vegas in March to attend ConExpo-Con/Agg and to participate in the MCM Crane Operator Rodeo, hosted by Maximum Capacity Media, publisher of Crane Hotline magazine.
