Fleet Cost & Care (FCC), a fleet management software provider for the crane, rigging and specialized equipment sectors, has appointed Thinh Nguyen as chief technology officer. Nguyen will lead the company’s technology strategy, with responsibilities across engineering, cybersecurity, IT operations and data integration.
His appointment reflects FCC’s commitment to developing scalable solutions that support crane fleet owners, operations managers and dispatchers in running more connected and efficient businesses.

Nguyen’s 25-year background includes leadership roles at Open Lending, Flagstar Bank and Mr. Cooper. His work has focused on enterprise software delivery, platform modernization and cloud architecture.
Nguyen holds a master’s degree in business administration from Southern Methodist University and a bachelor’s degree in information systems from the University of Texas at Arlington.
