Former JLG Executive Joins Joy Global

January 23, 2007 • Milwaukee, Wis.-based mining equipment manufacturer Joy Global Inc., has named JLG executive James Woodward as executive vice president and chief financial officer. According to Joy, the former executive vice president and chief financial officer of JLG Industries will succeed Donald Roof, who plans to take early retirement. Roof will remain with the company during a transition period. Along with his experience at JLG, Woodward's career includes 18 years with automotive supplier Dana Corp.
