Genie Restructures Service Team, Appoints Four Regional Managers

November 8, 2006 • Genie Industries, Redmond, Wash., has regionalized its field service teams in order to service its North American customers more efficiently and to foster one-on-one customer relationships. Dean Barnes, Bob Bartley, Jim Pneuman, and Jim Rocco have each accepted the newly created positions of Regional Service Manager. In these new roles, they will be covering the Central, Western, Northeast, and Southeast portions of the U.S., respectively.

“It is important for us to have an intimate understanding of our customers and their equipment in the field,” said Steve Gooding, Genie's director of technical support. “Implementing our new service team structure allows us to stay in constant communications with our customers and enables us to respond faster and make better decisions in regard to their needs.”
