Haulotte Group Reports Sales Growth of 29% for Third Quarter

October 20, 2006 • Recording consolidated sales of $204.1 million (€109.3 million) for the third quarter of 2006, the Haulotte Group, L'Horme, France, has posted an increase of $158.15 million (€84.7 million) over the same period from last year. Over nine months, Haulotte has brought in a total of $646.4 million (€346.2 million), up 27% from last year's $510.5 million (€273.4 million). Sales by region and business segment remained broadly stable compared to last year.

Haulotte confirms its annual guidance of 30 to 35% sales growth and profitability of about 11%. This is based on orders taken by the end of September, which continued to increase by 50%, and on a sustained sales forecast of growth in the fourth quarter of 2006.

Haulotte will release its annual sales report on Jan. 24, 2007.
