H&E Equipment Opens Dallas Crane Facility

November 25, 2008 – After 47 years in its old facility, H&E Equipment Services hosted the grand opening of its newly constructed crane facility in Dallas, Texas, on Nov. 6. On hand to take part in the event were more than 250 customers, manufacturers, employees and neighboring businesses.

The event kicked off with a formal ribbon-cutting ceremony, after which attendees enjoyed a self-guided tour of the facility, exhibits, equipment demonstrations and a catered barbecue lunch.

 

“We are centrally located between Dallas and Fort Worth and with excellent highway access,” said Bob Martin. “We look forward to serving our customers from this new facility. It enables us to improve our service and efficiency and better provide comprehensive rentals, sales, parts and service to our North Texas Crane customers. It also provides a great work environment for our technicians and employees as they progress in their careers.”

 

When it comes to dealer crane facilities, the new H&E facility is state-of-the-art. The new facility is 22,000 square feet with eight service bays, 30-foot high ceilings, and two 10-ton overhead cranes to facilitate all types of crane repair.

 

The H&E Dallas branch offers new and used equipment sales and a large crane and telescopic forklift rental fleet, along with in-house and mobile service. The parts department has a large in-stock inventory of new and used parts, with access to crane parts for nearly every make or model.

 

The H&E Dallas branch carries equipment from Elliott, Grove, Gehl, Manitex, Manitowoc, National, and SkyTrak and has the capability to provide parts and repair nearly all brands of construction and industrial equipment in the market.
