H&E Equipment Services Moves Facility in Columbia, S.C.

November 4, 2015 - H&E Equipment Services Inc. has moved tis Columbia, S.C., location to a newly built facility. The 19,600-sq.-ft. operation sits on 5.1 acres, with office space, a parts warehouse, large yard area, and an eight-bay repair shop that includes two, five-ton overhead cranes.  The facility is capable of repairing a variety of machines.

The Columbia branch specializes in aerial lifts, telescopic forklifts, some large and compact earthmoving equipment, cranes, and general construction equipment.

“I believe contractors and equipment customers will quickly recognize our new facility as the type of operation that will serve them well,” said Tony Lloyd, branch manager. “We have significantly enhanced our rentals, sales, parts, and service areas. The primary catalyst behind our move and expansion was to meet the increasing equipment demands of the growing Columbia market.  Now, as the dust settles on construction, we are better equipped than ever before to do just that.  ”

In addition to equipment rentals, the Columbia facility provides new and used equipment sales, in-shop and mobile service, a comprehensive parts inventory, training, and other value-added services.
